At Paws & Habits, your satisfaction is important to us. We carefully select products that we believe your pets will love. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if all of the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The item is returned with its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and included items are returned.
- You provide valid proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Used pet products
- Opened pet food or treats
- Personalized or customized products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or Final Sale items
Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing items, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve your claim quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the shipping package
- Photos of the shipping label
- A complete uninterrupted unboxing video (required)
If your claim is approved, we will provide either:
- A replacement product, or
- A full refund
at no additional cost to you.
Required Unboxing Video
To protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims, a continuous unboxing video is required for all requests involving damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items.
The video must:
- Begin before opening the shipping package.
- Clearly show the shipping label.
- Clearly show the package condition before opening.
- Record the entire unboxing process in one continuous video.
- Have no cuts, edits, pauses, or interruptions.
- Clearly display all items received inside the package.
- Clearly show any damage, missing items, or product defects.
Please note:
- Claims submitted without a complete uninterrupted unboxing video may be rejected.
- Photos alone may not be sufficient to verify shipping-related claims.
- This requirement helps us process claims fairly and efficiently.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if applicable), we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after approval.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to:
- Damaged product
- Defective product
- Incorrect item shipped
- Missing item
Paws & Habits will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- No longer wanting the product
- Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
